::ZERO RATING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went there to buy rings for a gift and i had to return them a few days later as i chose the wrong sizes. FIRST - STAFF LIED ABOUT NOT REFUNDING ON AFTER PAY. SECOND - An Asian girl working there with a very rude attitude said to me "You change your mind after buying thing" . No one was helpful there. I had to wait 30 mins for my refund in the store. As i had to put payment on After-pay i called them the next day to cancel my after pay because after pay was still deducting money from my account but I've been told by the assistant manager "i cant help you anymore". HOW RUDE IS THAT.

::Amazing service! Isaac went above and beyond when he didn’t have to. He fixed my Nana’s bangle when our local store in Hawke’s Bay didn’t want to know us and told us we would just have to buy a new one. Will definitely be buying the rest of my pandora purchases from this store ❤️

::The customer service in this store is appalling! I bought a bracelet set for my mom as a gift and unfortunately chose a size that was a bit too small for her wrist. Despite being reassured that she would be able to swap it out for a different size before purchase, this turned out not to be the case later because Pandora's policy is apparently not to offer this on limited edition items. The gift receipt didn't state this (only the original which I later discovered) so we went in to exchange it and the staff were incredibly rude. They: - were very defensive about their policy, even though we were trying to show them the gift receipt didn't state it - told me I was a liar, and that their sales person would have never told me it was exchangeable - told me it wasn't possible to exchange it because "what if EVERYONE came in asking to exchange it?" (like that is a realistic scenario...also there wasn't a single other customer in the store so its not like they were busy) - refused to even check whether they had any of the limited edition bracelets left in a different size I pointed out how illogical their policy was since my mom couldn't fit more than a couple charms onto her bracelet before it got too tight to wear. If they let her exchange it for a bigger size, she would have been able to buy lot of charms -- which is ultimately more money for them. Is Pandora trying not to make more money? They told me that I could call their head office with my feedback. The worst part was that they were rude to my mom. I can handle attitude from a snot-nosed brat sales assistant with no career prospect, but its unforgivable that they ruined my mom's gift and made her feel terrible for even coming into the store. She will never set foot in a Pandora store again after this terrible experience. I would give a rating of zero stars if it was an option.
