::Pretty average customer service. Pictures in Wylie Court brochures and online look much nicer/cleaner and more modern than what you will actually get. Rather outdated in general. Especially painted cream interior with crusty textured ceilings that have cobwebs and dead insects, worn exterior, (overdue for a stain/paint) old cheap curtains and rubbish old light fittings from the 80's as are their retro (and not in a good way) ovens, even the toilets are super outdated - come on guys start putting some money back into your investment. Not spotlessly clean either, which is a must I'm afraid. Time for a general refresh Wylie, and also time for your front line team to do a course in customer service. That means being attentive, upbeat, friendly and helpful and going out of their way to make everyones stay special... which they did not for us. Our room did take 6, if you happy to sleep on (not comfortable) fold out couches. Was parking on site, but they don't actually guarantee it. Pool was good temp one day, then colder another, then warm again... and again loose tiles, looking old and crusty which as a paying customer paying good money for decent accomodation, quite frankly I'm getting pretty sick and tired of really run down establishments and particularly under average service of which Wylie Court let us down on both counts.

::Nice motel. It is a little far from town but that may be exactly what you are after. Not a problem if you have a car. The heated outdoor pool is great for the kids. It could do with a refresh as bits are looking tired.

::We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was well situated on the end so very quiet. The pool was warm and relaxing.

::Very poor. Front of the rooms have large windows with no net curtains. This means you can sit in privacy in the dark, or have light and be on public view. The duvets had no covers on them, and I guess they don't wash them between guests. The picture of the hot tub in the advert looks awesome, however it's an old plastic tub that has seen better days. The arms of the sofa show the age of the sofa. Its tired and jaded. With renovation it would be nice.

::Loved this Motor Lodge. Walking distance to the town and dairy just round the corner. Very clean rooms with a great outdoor barbeque and pool. We had the 2 bedroom unit with kitchen. All cooking utensils, pots, pans etc were provided - basically everything you would need was provided. Staff and Management bent over backwards. Highly recommended.
