  This will be my go to shop for shoes from now on. Excellent service. Gentleman who served me listened to what I needed and he certainly knew what was the best shoe. He also managed to keep within the budget I had. He did not try up sell at all. Highly recommend this store.

  Great advice from the sales team, I purchased a pair of McKinley's today and one shoe was uncomfortable and tighter then the other , the gentleman at bay shoes stretched it a bit using the machine & assured me it would alleviate itself, after a couple of hours of wear they are 100% comfortable and I'm happy as..   I couldn't recommend them enough. We visited to purchase my 18month old some shoes. The gentleman who served us was incredible. His knowledge was outstanding, he was great with my son and took the tome to make sure he had the right shoe and fit for him. Incredible customer service, we will defiantly be back
