  MANOSH - in the Imaging Centre here @HN, Manukau, should be the QUALITY Customer Service Instructor in EVERY way, shape & form. Personal approach, Professionalism, Service-Standard, Product Knowledge, Initiative... I could go on ALL DAY and, it seems - this is what this service professional does... I CANNOT FAULT this branch by the standard this Customer Service Staff Member provides...

  This is such a big store that it’s really easy to get a little bit overwhelmed. I particularly love to browse through all their furniture styling because they do this well and you always feel like buying new cushions and through for the bed. The staff are very attentive and helpful (probably because they are incentivised to be).

  A month ago I purchased a dishwasher from the Manukau store, and within a week had to have a service call to fix an issue, and then last Saturday (Easter weekend) the same thing happened again. On Monday I went back to the store and asked for the dishwasher to be replaced with a different make, as I was completely dissatisfied with it. This was agreed to without any argument, and my new dishwasher was installed yesterday afternoon, and the other one taken away. I would just like to thank the staff in the Appliance section (Joshi) at Harvey Norman Manukau, and Riyaaz (the delivery & installation man) for making this exercise easy and painless. This is 'customer service and satisfaction' at it's best. I have purchased items from Harvey Norman before and will continue to do so, why would I go anywhere else? Thanks again, Susan

  Had a very good shop here for a chest freezer. Had great markdowns. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Ther is something here for all your household's requirement. Well worth a visit!!
