  Very friendly staff, and relatively decent rates. Excess reduction is comparatively cheap, though note that it does not cover single vehicle accidents or windscreens. The car I received was relatively good with low kilometres, though was 14 years old, with a bit of wear and tear to match, including some odd stains and smells, and the GPS only had Japanese maps (and language) loaded. After hours return is possible by parking the car on the street and dropping the keys off in a letterbox, which allowed me to sleep in the next day.

  No one answers the phone! Booked a van for a week months in advance. Went to collect van and one of the rear windows didn’t lock so the attendant used a cable tie to ‘secure’ it. Then after departing the premise I discovered the sliding door didn’t lock at all! Returned the the van and was told by the attendant they couldn’t get another vehicle or fix it in time. Lucky Vancy next door was able to accommodate at short notice - and had newer vehicle fleet

  Hireace were awesome to work with. After a last minute request for a van, they provided us with one quickly and efficiently and a great rate! They picked us up quickly from airport. We were very well looked after. Would use them again without hesitation.

  Hireace made my day so easy, i was in Wellington helping my student Son move flats, nothing too major. Hiring a van (at great rates) was far better than towing a trailer down from Hastings, and a damn sight easier to navigate and park in the city. Thanks Hireace awesome service!

  I used Hireace last weekend and my experience was awesome. Easy and fast process. The truck was neat and clean in good condition and staff were super friendly and attentive. Staff did explained the terms and conditions very well with round circle on the main points. Good size vehicle which fits all of the furniture in. I would like to recommend to have one reversing camera in the truck as for only single person it's very hard to reverse without reverse camera. But overall highly recommended and will use your service in further again. Thanks.
