  Took my eldest out of town grandaughter here in the school holidays. She enjoyed the range of styles of clothing and liked the colours too. She was looking specifically for a jacket but found they are made for short to average height people as the ones she tried on did not meet her wrists. She's reasonably tall but I wouldn't say she obviously stands out from others in a crowd. She came away with a scarf that's like a mini blanket and a pair of knit trackies that she thought was well priced. It was a hard decision for her as there were many more items she would have loved to purchase. Sales counter is in the middle of the shop. This appears to be a two level shop as homewares are downstairs. It also sells women's & men's clothing

  great shop, but the staffs are very unfriendly, i think tehy should improve the sale’s skill, will still go back , but customer’s service are important

  What an absolute god send! I've recently moved to Wellington and found it really hard to buy clothes on a budget, but H&M had some amazing choice of clothes at really good prices. Would strongly recommend coming here, especially as it's multi story and the staff are super nice. It can get quite busy here, but most shops in the mall can.

  Super unprofessional staff. It's like they've gone and pointed at a bunch of kids at school and told them they start tomorrow. I didn't realize that conversing with your colleagues about what boy/girl you hope to hook up with at the party on the weekend was more important than actually serving your customers. Definitely need training in retail or maybe a proper manager that is able to discipline?
