::The worst car rental company in the world. Their cars are all old with at least 200k mileage. When you book your car they wonβt tell you that.In my idea they are not road worthy. We rented a small Suzuki with full insurance as their dodgy staff called it complete peace of mind! Oh yes peace of mind!!! The carβs brake was making noise, we initially ignored it but on our second day while we were on a downhill road, the noise became loader and so for our safety we pulled over and asked for their roadside assist... after waiting hours on the phone with their useless customer support, they sent a tow truck. now after returning the car and while in my flight going home they just charged my credit card without my authorisation almost $350 because the clause x of their dodgy terms says that roadside assistance is not covered on certain roads which again they never mentioned to us in the beginning. That was the so called peace of mind!!! I would highly recommend to throw your hard earned money into bin instead of spending on junky Jucy cars.

::Great car. Great road trip. No issues.

::We have returned our camper there after 3 weeks in NZ. They are located in walking distance to the airport which is great! The staff was very friendly and left us enough time to pack our stuff and get everything out of the camper.

::The Condo was easy to park and maneuver at slow speeds. Mileage was pretty good at 7-8 km/L. Vehicle was worn out with 250,000+ on odometer. Did not handle well at 90 km/hr. Camper smelled terrible from the start. It took us 3 days to figure out sink did not have a p-trap and grey tank gases were venting into camper. We should have been informed at the start to keep the sink plug in at all times when not in use. Also, plug did not seal so washing dishes was difficult. Numerous snaps were worn out to hold curtains up. Was not informed how to adjust mirrors at start and I ended up breaking the glass by pushing on it instead of the frame. Did not have a converter so batteries weren't being charged when at a powered campsite. No heater so when our clothes and jackets were wet we could not get them to dry out. Below the radio was a 12V outlet but it was wired to the ACC ignition power rather than the house battery like the radio so could not use at a campsite. USB power source in the back did not work at all. Folding table and chairs were not needed and cluttered the small camper. Overall the Jucy Condo was a poor value especially considering others' Sprinter based campers are not much more expensive and deliver a vastly superior product and service.

::Loved this company! Our car lasted us the whole 10 days with no problem, customer service was super friendly and helpful! Great way to caravan on a budget
