::Strangely awful customer service at reception. Not quite sure why two receptionists had such bad attitude when collecting and dropping the car??? Was it how they got trained… Very unusual in New Zealand. Vehicle was great though.

::We just spent two great weeks in our Maui elite two berth campervan, travelling some 2274 kilometres. Something to be aware of is, the New Zealand government required us to pay some road tax of almost seven cents per kilometre for driving a diesel vehicle. I gave two stars rating because of the bad service we received when we collected the vehicle. Before taking possession of the vehicle the hirer is supposed to examine the vehicle for damage. The staff member said the only damage he could find were two stone chips on the bonnet. Either he is blind or wanted us to find the damage, or not find it and take the blame for it. We found four more dents on the vehicle, one which I considered major near the LP gas door. Speaking of gas, when I turned the gas on the handle came off the top of the cylinder. Last problem is the water waste fitting which in our vehicle was under the vehicle, not much fun on a cold wet morning. There needs to be more orientation prior to the hirer taking possession of the vehicle.

::Got our car in Auckland and return the car in Queenstown. The location of Maui motorhome rental is near the airport. But they providing shuttle service from the office to airport. Else you can walk to there actually. Like around 15mins walking distance. We got the express check out package. So the check out is fine for us. Just need to brush the car a little as they said it is too dirty on the floor. You need to return it in clean condition Other than that it's all good

::Came here to replenish out towels and bed linen and was immediately impressed with the service I received from the staff member there. I had called ahead to see if they had any spare linen and towels and they had warned me it was a busy period so they may not have everything but that they would do their best. They were able to replenish everything in no time and even helped us with some issues we had with the van. Super friendly service and overall, very happy with the Campervan we rented.

::Booked a big motorhome in May and everything just worked as planned. We had a very good experience and I'll recommend to friends and also rent again.
