  When we look back over the past unsettling, anxiety inducing few months - having just settled on our first home post lockdown - dealing David Quinn at Stephanie Murray Mortgages was the one and only thing we can definitively say was pleasant and easy. He was brilliant to deal with, taking what must have been an extraordinary amount of patience to answer our 100's of panicked questions at all times of the day. Even before Covid-19 we had a complicated situation. David took time to explain all the details and made us feel very included and listened to each and every step of the process. We absolutely couldn't have asked for a friendlier or more capable mortgage broker! 10/10

  We worked with Nicky Ferguson from SMM, and she was superb! It felt like she was with us through every step of the (rather long) journey, and having her informed point of view in our corner throughout was invaluable. Nicky explained everything thoroughly, took the time to ensure she understood our position, and was endlessly patient with all our first-time-buyer questions. Highly recommended

  David Quinn was brilliant when we refinanced our property, he made a difficult process as easy as possible for us, but what I found most impressive was how he did not stop working towards getting us the best deal possible until the very end. He went back to our chosen bank several times as market changes occurred, to ensure we had the absolute best result and the lowest rates achievable. I recommend David to anyone looking for mortgage finance, his service cannot be faulted.
