  I have had the most terrible experience with the management of Allied Pickfords Wellington. The movers were professional in that even when they had left a rip in one of the rooms in our rental home, they assured me that they would take a picture of it and inform management. They even apologised for their negligence. The movers admitted to not having the appropriate equipment available to move our piano from the cube, thus being unprepared. I have contacted Allied Pickfords and the manager has come to evaluate the rip left on the carpet, and he has assured me that the rip will be fixed. This incident occurred in November 2017 and it is now the beginning of March. I have taken the festive season into account and the last time I had any communication with him via email was the 11th of January, this after me having to follow up again. I have emailed him and he blatantly is ignoring me, as well as our rental property manager who has also tried ringing him up and she has emailed him. It seems I now have to resort to escalating this matter, and explore other avenues of getting this matter resolved, since no one is taking responsibility for this matter. I am an immigrant from SA and I feel that we paid for a service, but the after sales is appalling!!! How do you ignore a client, especially if you've told the client that you would repair damage caused? This is a poor reflection on the whole company! I have constantly had to follow up for feedback and till the very end I have just been ignored. It is unprofessional and rude! It is enough that I have to deal with the pressures of immigration and now I have to deal with incompetence such as this! It has been time consuming and frustrating to deal with this company. I would definitely not recommend them.

  Fantastic, efficient , professional and hard working team. The house was packed and unpacked to perfection. Thank you so much for making such a stressful time moving stress free. Very competitive rates also.

  The worst experience with the Wellington branch. Would not recommend them.
