::The only thing worse than their painfully slow loading (over 6 hours to load the truck, with me helping) was their appalling customer service when we tried to make a complaint. Absolutely no interest whatsoever in resolving our issues. Our bill was $1425 to move 1.5km down the road and they didn’t even finish the job, I had to hire a trailer the next day to finish.

::For a small 2-bedroom house the movers (3 Men and a Truck) took 4.5 hours. Charging us $600 in total. We had everything packed well in preparation for them. We don't own a lot of 'stuff'. We are just one couple, no children. Two men worked semi-well for 4 hours. One man packed the truck but the rest of the time just sat in the back of the truck doing nothing. In total I estimate he sat down doing nothing for 1.5 hours. They just walked slowly, stared out the windows and chatted between themselves. They didn't care how long it took. I discussed the situation with management but they refuse to repay me what they debited out of my account. I would never choose crown again. The positive was that nothing was damaged.
