  Whilst the packing and uplift of my chattels went OK, on arrival at the new house the boxes were deposited at they saw fit, there was no unpacking to bench as stated in the contract - the main reason I hired them, one item of Rimu furniture was allowed to get water damaged, my Dyson heater has been damaged and a rare piece of pottery broken into pieces. As a consequence trying to unpack and get things sorted has taken considerably longer than expected.

  From the moment Corie made contact till the truck left us on moving day Grace have been nothing short of marvelous. Corie took the time to come to visit us, listened to what we required and gave us a quote after looking over what we needed to move. On moving day a team of 3, a truck and a van arrived, packed us up quickly and professionally and unpacked us quickly with no fuss at the other end.

  Thanks to the awesome guys from Grace Removals. From Corie, Branch Manager, Wendy Operations and the 3 guys, Stevie, Esau & Afa who made my moving easy. Stevie, Esau & Afa were extremely professional and polite. I felt I had made the right choice having had a bad experience with another company when I moved to Wellington. Thank you all.   Fabulous friendly reliable competent company! I’ve never experienced such a super removal company and wish I had found you years ago! You moved me from one island to the other with sensitivity, grace and competence. From the first enquiry phone call with helpful Corie, the safe pack up by Kurtis (sorry not sure I’ve remembered your name correctly) and his team, up to the last piece being carried off the truck at the end of a long journey by Tyler and assistant Sam, you guys were the best! I highly recommend this company. Thankyou Corie. You run an amazing ship!

  We have used Corie and The Grace team on five different occasions. I know! Quite a few times. And what a great service!! The consistency of people, standards, care and professionalism was impressive. We highly recommend the Wellington team. They have been awesome!! Corie & Kurtis are brilliant to deal with.
