::Packers and movers were great. On the day of delivery, the truck turned up 3 hours later than eta with no correspondance as to when or why they were late. A box of stuff is missing and we have had no reply from Char. They promised that they would be back to pick up all the empty boxes. One month later and no pick up of boxes. Seems issues with management. The actual packers and movers worked really hard and fast and were helpful sitting up beds and furniture. I probably would not use again due to lack of communication and follow up.

::We moved back to NZ from London in May 2017. NZ Van Lines had stored our household for 5 years. They offered to come back and pick up the boxes and packing material. "Just give us a call," they said. It's five weeks later and we have been asking for three weeks and still no hint from them as to when they will pick up. They just don't respond! Update: After this post and a tweet we had success in getting them to return. All in all we were happy with the packing and storage.

::Recently moved from Wellington to Auckland with NZ Van Lines and the move was outstanding. Seamless service from door to door. I got the full service move with packing included and the Wellington team made it hassle free from start to finish. They came the previous day to pack and I must say that the packers were phenomenal, really fast and at the same time very thorough. Will be using Van Lines again for my next move. Well done guys!
