  Great place to stay the spas are nice as are the hot pools. Friendly and helpful staff.

  Advantage: Friendly staff and free mineral pool, the pool looks old, but still good. It take only 5 minutes to city centre which is convenient. Defect: Room and some facilities look a little bit old. No air conditioning.

  The sulphur is very yummy. The bathroom is full of flies and very clean. Yuck! Horrible...

  0/5 Soooooo dirty, do not waste your money going here. Rotorua has so much better to offer. Would not recommend to anyone!!!
