  A little bit small hostel but situated in a prime location. Place is clean and tidy with newly painted walls and ceilings. Good place to stay.

  Great hostel with really friendly staff, lots of facilities and good calm ambiance. They organise activities every nights, and they offer their own alcohol on sale at the bar inside the hostel (which means you can drink your own). The dorm are clean, there are multiples bathrooms available. However, I was in the 6 bed dorms and we were in a building outside the main one. We had to go outside into the main building at night if we wanted to use the bathroom. Not that convinient when raining or cold. The kitchen was clean every morning however it was so dirty sometimes. It's not the staff fault but the guest. However, maybe have someone do a quick clean after dinner or something.. Comfy beds, nice sheet and no money deposit for the keys.

  Location was great with convenient parking. Was really nice and great staff. Stayed in a private double ensuite which was perfect for passing though

  I've been staying at different backpackers in rotorua for 3 years and this one seems to be the best so far. Great atmosphere. Bar prices are pretty good. Kitchen is a shade small but facilities are all in good working order. Going back for another week and looking forwards to it.

  amazing and cheap place to crash. it is very clean and showers toilet and washing area are cleaned frequently. the kitchen has everything you need. the eating area is quite small but you have the opportunity to go downstairs and eat and drink outside in comfortable chairs. you can store your luggage.! also they offer cheaper deals on different activities !
