  Amazing service and super helpful and friendly staff. Made us feel special for our 5 year anniversary, with rose petals and swans. Hotel room was very clean and modern. Super comfy bed! Our room had a hot tub, which was nice (once filled, which took around 45mins for us). Really good location, short walk to near by shops. Secure Parking is $10 and is very tight (so be prepared to reverse into tight spots). Really enjoyable stay, great staff. Just wish the weather was better for our trip.

  酒店接待很親切，會問我們打算去哪裡，並提供簡介，有些簡介上甚至有折價券可供使用。是相當有功能性的公寓式酒店，有小廚房可以使用，各種所需要的廚具都有，也很乾淨，還有洗碗機可以使用。每個房間都有戶外的按摩浴缸，大約是4人浴缸的尺寸。但以價格來講，CP值不算高的。

  Excellent customer service and friendly assistance with our bags to our room and making sure we understood how everything worked in our room. Very comfortable room and quiet. Stayed 2 nights and would not hesitate to stay here again and we are sorry to not be staying longer!

  I am currently still staying here and I am over the moon with this place. Staff are super friendly and helpful, my room is beautifully cleaned everyday and the smell is amazing when you first walk in. My room was also equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine & clothes dryer so not only could I wash my clothes I could also do my dishes. My husband and I were very impressed by the amount of knowledge the desk staff were able to provide for us on arrival. Will definitely come back when I'm in town next. Our new home away from home.

  The rooms were very nice with a small kitchen and washer/dryer. You need a key to access the elevator (and the front door after 7pm) so that helps give a sense of security. The staff was helpful in finding activities. It is also very centrally located and easy to walk most places.I They have a parking garage you can pay $5 per day to use, but street parking is free after 4pm and we had no trouble finding a nearby spot each night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if we go back to Rotorua.
