::THEY NEVER EVER pick up their phone. They misplaced the original passport and HAD TO FLY to wellington in emergency because still haven't returned our passports. Instead of notifying the client, they ignore calls/messages. Never called back. Horrible experience !

::Extremely friendly and efficient service. I needed a work visa, and it was sorted out within 15 mins. Just had to pick it up the next day. Very impressed.

::I have no complaints other than price -- it was 120$ for a visitor visa (which I had prefilled in an online form, and it was unable to complete, gave me a reference number to bring to the embassy). When I arrived at 2:15 there was no one else there. The man took my order number, printed out my application for me, and took my passport with 120 cash. Then gave me a note as to when to pick it up. Very simple, straightforward.
