  Older style budget accommodation, set downtown Dunedin popular with blue collar business people, travelers and truck drivers, as lots of free parking available. A very interesting building with warm character, charm and with a warren of corridors and rooms set with lounges and seating areas scattered. Restaurants for breakfasts and dinners and the offer lunches packed to go. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful, just a good, skip and jump from central business district.

  Nice place to stay. Clean and cozy. With self service laundry and comfortable bed. Bfast was good too. My first choice to choose!

  Love the history of this place. Easy location for walking around town. Great people. Great truck parking. Fabulous restaurant with good hearty food.

  Owner of the Hotel very hospitable very friendly. Food loved it. If you ride motorcycle no need worry about security. They have safe and secure place for your motorcycle.
