  A pretty good stay.. the beds were comfortable with sheets which was a nice touch and the shower was the best I have used! However it might have been nice to have a wall socket somewhere near the head end of the beds as the one socket in the room was very inconvenient next to the door and the sockets in the lounge were often taken by other guests other than that, clean, tidy and well run.

  A beautiful place to be, with kind staff and literally in the heart of Napier. Will definitely visit this place again.

  It's an alright place to stay. The kitchen has a good selection of utensils and an oven. Plenty of fridges and freezers. The WiFi is reliable and free. The downsides are there's not enough tables to eat at and the rooms are not very wide. Just high.

  Common areas were tidy but the 10pm quiet time was not observed at all. It was hard to get to sleep until the noise died down around midnight. The bunk beds in the dorm room were ridiculously high and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. I'm not afraid of heights but staying on the top bunk was pretty terrifying. On street parking is somewhat easy to find depending on when you arrive. Bathrooms are toilet shower combo rooms so water goes everywhere when you shower. I understand you get what you pay for but we left after one night to a backpackers across the road for the same price with way better facilities and a much nicer atmosphere. I wouldn't recommend this place.
