  Very friendly staff that helped me out with a rental car I was driving with a bad battery. I swapped it for another car here. The car I got in return did have some cosmetic issues though, as well as squeaky windshield wipers and a collapsing bottom in the trunk. I'm not sure if this is normal for New Zealand standards because all the cars in this country look a little worn. A couple of days later the battery of this second car died too and I needed someone to jumpstart the car for me. Both cars were Nissan Tiida Latio's.

  The store was empty when we went to pick up our car, thankfully someone from another branch popped in to collect an item so she helped us. Promised us their best vehicle as it was our honeymoon then they drove out a car that looked like it had just been dropped off, not cleaned and with so many dents. Wasn't too helpful with advice on driving and when we kept asking all they said was "don't worry" When we came to drop off the car noone was around again and we waited around for 10 minutes before someone showed up. But when the guy did show up he was extremely friendly and helpful and is the only reason it's a 4 star review and not a 3 star.
