::We used Enterprise in Queenstown for a week in May and 4 days in June, had a one way rental from Christchurch to Queenstown. I found the cars on both occasions clean and no mechanical faults. Each time a few days in to the rental time I had a phone call from their office to see how things were going. I could offer some advice for people when time is precious, get organised and don't book at the last minute!!!

::Such a disappointment. We made a last minute booking with information that we will get our car in an hour. Obviously a very busy period and we understand the wait, happily paid and went off to wait. An hour later, we were told the car isn’t ready and have to wait for another hour and half. So, time is priceless when we travel and we have made plans with a thought that we are getting our car in an hour. This obviously messed up all our other plans. Tried to talk to the supervisor, Emma Baker, see if there is a way to address this mistake this car rental company has made. BUT, instead of apologising sincerely and finding a good solution, EMMA BAKER, threatens ‘you are not going to take a car ALL TOGETHER’. So here is the thing, Enterprise has made an internal mistake by renting out a car that’s not available to us. We wasted an hour of our precious time to wait, this also means we could potentially use that an hour to rent a car from another company. No, not only no solution given other than told to wait for another hour and half very arrogantly, EMMA BAKER treated us with no respect and empathy. Such bad customer experience - something you don’t need when you are in New Zealand. Such a bad experience.

::Unmatched deals and customer service. $160 for 7 days and no payment until arrival. It was a third of the price of Budget or Avis and included free km and the car was freshly cleaned upon our arrived. We left the service desk in 10mins and were ready to explore Queenstown. To the person below complaining about insurance excess - get travel insurance. That said if you don’t have it they’ll protect you for $5-10 a day. Pretty standard process, actually had a laugh reading some of the stupidity with the negative reviews, most were their own fault.

::I paid about $210 for a nissan qashqai 2018 including premium insurance, unlimited mileage and petrol for 2 days and half that i was in queenstown. would definitely go back to them again. and i am more likely to request for the same car.
