  just tried finding out about the costs of hiring a van from this outfit but I was left none the wiser after the experience........very disappointing indeed with the very unhelpful information I got. NEEDLESS to say it will be the last time I will WASTE my time!!!!

  For a location as wet and cold as wellington. You would think an undercover well signed and flat walkway would be at the top of your list for must haves! Upon arriving and picking up our keys at about 1am we were given some instructions which we quickly forgot being very tired. Eventually found the car and the hertz storage yard but had to walk through deep water and lift luggage trolleys over barricades to get our luggage to the car. Not a good first impression for people new to your city and local office
