::Soup wasn't what I ordered and the place is insanely expensive. The food itself is pretty good but at the premium they charge Wellington has better

::Great place for coffee, meal , light lunch, meetings. Great coffee and food but long wait. Occasionally you are at risk of serving by a grumpy staff, most other staff after nice and friendly but VERY busy.

::The food was very nice and their award winning black pudding was great. But I am not sure.i would call the big breakfast "big". Service was a bit slow.for the day it was, but overall it was a nice place to eat and bring the baby. As you could sit outside in the atrium, giving you more space for buggies and to bring a baby without interrupting others

::Subpar and overpriced... $16.5 for a tiny corn fritter... yes, just 1, is ridiculous. My two stars go for the ambiance and the good ice tea. Everything else we tasted was pretty basic and just okay. As others have posted below, there's many great cafes in Welly to try but I wouldn't put this in my top 10. It's just a great location and across from our office building, but overrated.

::. (11/2017) Nice cafe located inside a big building. Easily accessible from Lambton Quay. Well maintained and beautiful ambiance. Pleasant staff and fast service. Good seating arrangement. One of the best Chai Latte I ever had in Wellington. Many good eating options. Their apple date scone are quite popular. Normally busy during morning.
