  My favorite place to stay in Rotorua 😊 great people, helpful and AWESOME with comfortable surroundings. Great outside pool area which is safe and great for kids ♥

  Great location, originally well made but currently in need of a do up. Walls of room partially repainted, carpets worn and stained. Bed uncomfortable too. Otherwise probably the best set up unit I've stayed in this year!

  Very bad experience. The furniture specially the couch was very dirty. The beds were too soft. The restroom fixtures were coming apart. Motel needs a serious redo. The only star is for the staff which was very cooperative. Additionally, It's not a decent place for families to stay. The front wall of the room is glass with curtains so almost no privacy.

  The place is awesome and quiet. Its also affordable and good for family. The staff cleaned the room daily and made sure everything is in place.

  We had two rooms (in a suite) and they were both great. Inclusion of a kitchenette in the large room is a huge plus. We used the heated pool every day. Remember don't mind the smell! It is the whole town that smells bad (heavy sulfur in the air)!
