::Booked one type of vehicle and ended up getting a completely different one and the charges aren't exactly what they say they are. I was given a total of $244 and paid $110 on the day of the booking. Then I was sent few notifications saying I only have to pay $134 on the day of pick up, but ended up paying $300 plus!!! Inaccurate information provided regarding the charges, and the explanations aren't the greatest either. Please be aware that the charges they show are only a fraction of what their "actual" charges are! Will never ever use these guys again...complete waste of money.

::Second time dealing with this team and like the first, terrible customer service. The car I booked was damaged from the last customer, all I got was "we hope you find another way there". No alternatives, no replacement car, nothing! Thanks for nothing Europcar, would give zero stars if possible.
